14th September, An evening with partners visiting The Lamb at Hindon. We played Petanquetriples and of the 4 teams, Sheena’s team were triumphant. Afterwards we enjoyed a splendid evening meal and refreshments. Thanks to Hazel, Andy & Clare who made sure it all ran smoothly.
28th September – Back to business. We met at the Grosvenor for an equally enjoyable meat pie with vegetables. Shoeboxes have been delivered to schools for the Christmas appeal aswe are also covering the Gillingham area. Plans are forming for the Bingo on 18th November. The Directory is well underway and nearing publication.
