Regular practice promotes a greater sense of wellbeing which can help to restore peace and calm in our lives.Hatha Yoga consists of postures and breath control. The Yoga postures help build strength and stamina as well as increasing flexibility. Through the use of the breath in breathing exercises and by linking breath with movement you can begin to clear the mind and promote a greater physical and mental vitality. This class is open to everyone. All levels and experience welcome.
