Wellness and Yoga, at Motcombe Hall

Wessex Yoga welcomes people of all ages and levels of fitness. Although we are a British Wheel of Yoga class, we also practise Dru Yoga.In Dru Yoga, joints are kept relaxed and soft during movement (as in tai chi), and this creates flexibility and a free flow of subtle energy. Breath work is also practised and the students enjoy a relaxation at the end of every class.
