FOSS is a group set up to work with the Town Council to encourage swimming activities at the Lido.The Lido has classes for all, recreational and lane swimming, naturist swimming evenings, party hire, cold water swimming in the winter months and occasional musical swim sessions. There are also medically supervised exercise /physiotherapy style sessions.As a group, we are able to book sessions at the 25m indoor pool at Coombe House, close to Shaftesbury
