Meditation and Yoga

My Space studio and treatment room are located in Shaftesbury, offering easy access and parking in the Bell Street car park. Yoga classes are offered both online and in-person. I offer classes five days per week.Beginner’s courses, Yoga for Men, Pregnancy Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Meditation classes. The classes and courses at The Space give an insight into this beautiful practice. The basics of the practice are covered and experienced. In my classes, you will learn about the Asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), bandhas (body locks), mudras (hand positions), and the art of Meditation (silencing the mind).I offer classes for all levels and abilities.Yoga will help you keep fit, stay supple, and maintain mental stability and core strength.Yoga is much more than touching your toes or standing on your head; it is a way of living your best life, learning to be with what comes up, and having the courage and strength to deal with it.I also offer monthly workshops, Sound Bath, and Yoga Nidra
